The Savings Program for NuvaRing offers you an instant savings coupon to be used on eligible prescriptions. The coupon is valid for up to $15 off each of up to 6 eligible perscriptions or the amount of your copay, whichever is less, at any participating eligible retail or mail-order pharmacy. When you sign up, you can print your coupon. If you lose the coupon, please print out another coupon from nuvaring.com. Regardless of the number of coupons printed, the coupon offer is limited to 6 prescriptions for NuvaRing per patient prior to the expiration date of this program. Coupon must accompany a valid signed prescription. Please see the coupon for important terms and conditions.

Special Savings Offer on Eligible Prescriptions for NuvaRing

Eligible patients may save up to $15 off each of up to 6 eligible prescriptions for NuvaRing.
If eligible, follow these simple steps to save up to $15 on up to 6 eligible prescriptions for NuvaRing:

• Print the coupon and take it to your doctor as a reminder to ask if NuvaRing is right for you.
• If the doctor thinks that NuvaRing is right for you, he or she will write a prescription for NuvaRing.
• Take the prescription and the coupon to a participating eligible retail or mail-order pharmacy to save up to $15 off each of up to 6 prescriptions.
• If you are unable to redeem the coupon at your eligible retail or mail-order pharmacy, please keep your receipt and call McKesson Corporation at 877-264-2440 within 30 days of purchase to request a Direct Member Reimbursement (DMR) form.
• If you lose the coupon, please print out another coupon from nuvaring.com. Regardless of the number of coupons printed, the coupon offer is limited to 6 perscriptions for NuvaRing per patient prior to the expiration date of this program.

The coupon is not insurance.

Eligibility Restrictions Apply.

The coupon is valid for patients with private insurance or cash-paying patients. Not valid for patients covered under Medicaid, Medicare, a Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage plan (regardless of whether a specific prescription is covered), TRICARE, CHAMPUS, Puerto Rico Government Health Insurance Plan ("HealthCare Reform"), or any other state or federal medical or pharmaceutical benefit program or pharmaceutical assistance program.

The coupon is void for Massachusetts residents if a third-party payer reimburses or pays any amount of the prescription price or otherwise provides coverage for NUVARING. Not valid for residents of Maine.

The coupon can be used only by eligible United States or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico residents at any participating eligible retail or mail-order pharmacy in the United States or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Product must originate in the United States or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
